We stand behind everything we sell, and hope you’ll love your items as much as we do! But if you don’t? Not to worry—just get in touch with us within 30 days and we’ll assist.

Keep in mind all gift cards, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and non-refundable. We reserve the right to address customer concerns, returns and exchanges, on a case-by-case basis, and reserve the right to issue a gift card instead of a refund for merchandise.

How long does it take to process the refund from my online order?

If you receive a refund back to your credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay, you should see the refund within 10 business days of it being processed. Please note that this may take longer depending on your financial institution.

If you originally paid with a DAVIDsTEA gift card, we would be happy to provide a replacement card with the refund value or issue a return on the original gift card within 48 hours.

Please note that if the original payment method you used is no longer valid, we cannot process a refund to a different method of payment. In these circumstances, we can provide a DAVIDsTEA gift card with the refund amount.
