We offer FREE shipping on orders over $50. All other orders ship for only $5.99!
Where do you ship to and which carrier will be delivering my order?
We currently ship within Canada and the to US.
We always use the carrier that will get your order to you the quickest! In Canada, we currently ship with Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your shipping address. All orders to P.O. boxes will be shipped with Canada Post.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We know you want your tea as soon as possible! We’re working hard to get your order to you quickly so you can start that kettle.
Here’s how it works:
- • Our distribution centre here in Montreal, Quebec processes orders 7 days a week, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
- • Our carriers deliver Monday through Friday only.

How can I track my shipment?
We know you like to keep close tabs on your tea! When processing is complete, a tracking number is assigned by the shipping carrier, your order leaves our distribution centre in Montreal, Quebec, and you receive an email with your tracking information.
Visit our Order Status page at any time to check the status of your order. Once its shipped, you’ll find a tracking number under “Shipping To”—clicking this link will bring you the tracking page where you can get live updates from the carrier. Time to watch the journey from us to you!
My order didn’t arrive. What do I do?
First, check the tracking information you received from the carrier—this will let you know where your package is currently located and its estimated arrival.
If your order says it was delivered and you can’t find it, please contact the carrier directly.
