We offer free standard shipping within Canada when you spend $50 or more and a flat fee of $9.75 for orders less than $50.
We currently ship with Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your shipping address. All orders to P.O. boxes will be shipped with Canada Post.
If you need to ship to the US, please use the US website.
Shipping outside of Canada and the US
We do not currently ship internationally.
Please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be processed.
During high volume periods, please expect a delay of 3 to 8 days for your order to be processed.
Please note that we do not process orders on Canadian statutory holidays or Quebec provincial holidays, so that our employees can spend time with their families.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Our system is designed to fulfill orders quickly to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. This means that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it, modify any of the items purchased, or change the shipping or billing address.
