Go to www.davidstea.com and click on the “My Account” icon in the top right corner. You can then choose to log in with your email address, with Facebook or with Google.
Go to www.davidstea.com and click on the “My Account” icon in the top right corner. Select “Forgot Password” field right under the email address field. Please follow the steps in the password reset email to reset your password.

About the Tea Tasting Club

To join the Tea Tasting Club, you’ll need to purchase a subscription. Click here to sign up now!
Tea Tasting Club members receive a new shipment approximately every 3 months following our seasonal schedule: Spring, Summer, Fall & Holiday.
Our subscription works on a Pay As You Go system: For your first shipment, you’ll be charged right after signing up. Before your next subscription ships, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. This is when you’ll be charged. We’ll send you another email when your shipment is on its way! This subscription allows you to skip, pause or cancel your subscription directly from your Frequent Steeper™ account under “My Tea Subscriptions.”
Note that our One-Year Subscription option has been retired. If you currently have a One-Year Subscription, you’ll receive the remainder of your shipments as planned. If you choose to renew your subscription, you’ll be signed up for our Pay As You Go option.
Our Tea Tasting Club Subscription offers four curated editions:
David’s Picks: Our team’s favourite tea blends of the season. Please note: If you signed up before October 7th, 2021, you are automatically enrolled to receive this edition.
Organic: Soothing teas made from natural and organic ingredients.
Caffeine-free: Bedtime teas to help you relax and sleep.
Garden to Cup: Premium, single-origin teas selected exclusively by our tea experts.
If you would like to change your subscription edition, you must first cancel your existing membership before signing up for a different one.
If you’re currently a Pay As You Go Subscriber:
You can cancel your membership in your Frequent Steeper™ account settings. Go to www.davidstea.com and click on the “My Account” icon in the top right corner.
  • Once you are signed in and on your account page, select “My Tea Subscriptions” listed on the left-hand side.
  • Choose “Cancel my subscription” then click “Save Changes” to ensure all new information is saved.
  • Once complete, you can simply refer to the same sign-up process to re-enroll for a different edition—choose from David’s Picks, Garden to Cup, Organic, or Caffeine-Free.
If you’re currently a One-Year Subscriber or were gifted a One-Year Subscription*:
Our Customer Service team can assist you in cancelling your current subscription. You can contact us by clicking here. Once complete, you can simply refer to the same sign-up process to re-enroll for a different edition—choose from David’s Picks, Garden to Cup, Organic, or Caffeine-Free. Please note, if you received the subscription as a gift, only the person who purchased the subscription on your behalf can make this change by contacting our Customer Service Team.

Pay As You Go Subscriptions are ongoing. You’ll receive a shipment approximately every 3 months and you can manage your membership any time in your Frequent Steeper™ account under “My Tea Subscriptions.”
One-Year Subscriptions* include a total of 4 shipments. Your subscription will automatically end after the 4th shipment.

Yes, our subscription is Pay As You Go, which allows you to skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time. You could choose to receive your first shipment, and then manage your preferences directly from your Frequent Steeper™ account settings under “My Tea Subscriptions.”
Yes, you can! However, please note that you can only choose one shipping address per order. So, as long as they’re all shipping to the same address, you can add as many subscriptions as you’d like.
Nope! You’ll receive all new teas with every shipment.
We do not offer customization options for the Tea Tasting Club at this time.

We do not have a referral program for our Tea Tasting Club at this time.
This will depend on the tea you’re looking to purchase. Some will be available on our website for you to purchase right away, and others will be sneak peek teas that won’t be available until a later date! Please make sure you’re subscribed to the DAVIDsTEA newsletter to be the first to know when the sneak peek teas are launching!

The digital booklet in each shipment will include instructions on how to steep each tea you receive! The water temperature and time will vary based on the blend, so check it out to make sure you are steeping it just right! You can also refer to the “How to” section of our blog to learn about the 10 different ways to steep your tea.
Our Tea Tasting Club booklet has gone digital, making it more eco-friendly and easier than ever to access exclusive video content! Inside your mailer, you’ll find a QR code that will take you directly to your digital booklet. The digital booklet will also be emailed to the Frequent Steeper™ that purchased the subscription, and available in the Tea Tasting Club Facebook group!
The Tea Tasting Club Facebook group is designed to bring tea lovers together to discuss teas you love, recipes, tips & tricks, and most importantly: share the tea journey together!
This exclusive Facebook group is open to all customers who purchased or were gifted a Tea Tasting Club membership. There will be instructions on how to join in your digital booklet!

Yes, you earn Frequent Steeper™ points from your subscription!
Pay As You Go Subscribers are billed every three months and will receive points 48 hours after their subscription has shipped.
One-Year Subscribers* are billed once and will receive points 48 hours after their subscription has shipped.

Billing

As a Pay As You Go Subscriber, you’ll be billed for the first shipment right after signing up. After that, you’re charged approximately every 3 months, unless you decide to skip, pause, or cancel before your upcoming bill date.
Each season, we’ll send you a reminder that your order is preparing to ship, giving you time to make any changes to your subscription (if needed).
You'll be charged when you receive the email confirming your order. We’ll send you another email when your shipment is on its way!
If you place your order on our Canadian site, you’ll be billed in Canadian dollars.
If you place your order on our US site, you’ll be billed in US dollars.
To update your billing info:
  • Visit www.davidstea.com and log in to your account.
  • Once you’re signed in and on your account page, select “My Tea Subscriptions.”
  • From the subscriptions page, you’ll be able to modify the billing address and credit card for future shipments or add a new card to your file.
  • Don’t forget to click “Save changes” to ensure all new information is saved!
Please note that your billing address and payment method cannot be changed on the current order once it’s placed, but it can be changed for all future shipments within the subscription.
On our Canadian site, we accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards, and VISA Debit.
On our US site, we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express credit cards, and VISA Debit.
We do not currently accept PayPal or DAVIDsTEA gift cards for Tea Tasting Club Subscriptions.
Tea Tasting Club Subscriptions require your credit card information to be saved in your Frequent Steeper™ account for your recurring shipments.
Any refunds will be processed through the credit card associated with your subscription.
Discount codes cannot be used on Tea Tasting Club Subscriptions.

Shipping

Shipping is free with the purchase of your subscription!
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a “Track Order” button. Clicking this button will bring you to another page where you can follow the shipping process of your package. You'll also be able to find the tracking information in your account: visit the “My Orders” page and click on "Order Details.”

It may take a few days to receive your shipping confirmation email. But not to worry, you can expect to receive it within 2-8 days of placing your order. If you still haven’t received your shipping confirmation email by then, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance by clicking here.
If you haven’t received an email with the status of your delivery, first make sure your credit card and shipping information is still valid in your Frequent Steeper™ account. If everything looks right, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance by clicking here.

Unfortunately, we only offer shipping within Canada and the US at this time.

  • Skipping your shipment means you won’t receive your upcoming shipment but will receive your future ones as scheduled.
  • Pausing your shipment means that you will stop receiving shipments until you choose to un-pause.
We’ll send you a reminder by email before your next shipment is ready to be sent out. Please be sure to make any changes at least 10 days before your next shipment is scheduled to avoid being charged.
One-Year Subscriptions* do not include the option to skip or pause your membership.

Gifting

  • Visit the Tea Tasting Club Subscription page.
  • Add the subscription of your choice to cart, then continue with the check out process.
  • Enter the applicable information for the gift recipient, including their full name and shipping address, ensuring it’s correct.
Please note: Only one shipping address can be added per order.
If the gift recipient lives in the US, please be sure to place your order from our US site.
If the gift recipient lives in Canada, please be sure to place your order from our Canadian site.
Note that subscriptions are Pay As You Go: your giftee will receive a shipment approximately every 3 months and you’ll be charged each 3 months unless you decide to pause, skip, or cancel. You can manage your membership any time in your Frequent SteeperTM account under “My Tea Subscriptions.”
If you’re in Canada and want to ship to a US address, you can visit our US site to place your order, and still use your Canadian billing address. Note that your order will be processed in US dollars if your order ships to a US address.
