  • This tightly rolled organic oolong comes from the Xiping Tea Garden in the Anxi county of Fujian province, considered the birthplace of Tieguanyin!
  • Tie guan yin is commonly translated to “Iron goddess of Mercy” and is one of the most famous types of oolong.
  • Re-steep it multiple times “Gong fu style” and discover how the flavors develop.

1-2 Perfect Spoonfuls of tea
475 ml (16 oz) of 90℃/195℉ water for hot tea or 295 ml (10 oz) for iced
