I drink it every morning and it helps me to get started on a hectic day with lots of energy. It can be tricky to make green tea without bitterness. For this tea, I use about 5 to 6 clumps (or balls). The water needs to be below the boiling point (maybe about 85 degree?). When the water is too hot, the tea will become bitter (or taste burnt). From the moment I opened it, I was literally hypnotized by its scent and ever since then I&rsquo;ve been addicted. Whenever I&rsquo;m at the mall, I end up walking into David&rsquo;s tea and asking for it. Sometimes it&rsquo;s out of stock, (I can see why), but when it&rsquo;s not, I&rsquo;ll buy all I can of it just in case it goes out of stock again. I adore this tea so much and it is probably the reason I love tea today.
