If you buy this expecting a really intense coconut flavour and nothing else, you will probably be disappointed. As the description states, the coconut balances out the tartness of the red berries, lemongrass and hibiscus, giving this tea a creamy but sweet tropical flavour, which I find comparable to a pina colada or similar drink. The flavours are subtle but well balanced. On paper (well, the website, lol), it *sounds* like a delicious new, exciting flavour... but unfortunately it doesn't deliver. I could barely taste ANYTHING from this tea, despite steeping it for a LONG time (accidentally). I forgot to take the teabag out of my first brew of it, and despite that, it was VERY bland! 😞 I tried steeping a larger amount for longer the next time, hoping I could find a way to enjoy this tea (since I bought 100g, expecting it to be amazing like all the other teas from DT), but I couldn't make it work... I'm sorry DT, but I have to say that I do NOT recommend wasting your money on this tea.
