Good lemon flavour, not too sweet &amp; none of the bitterness that is sometimes present in the other flavoured matchas. I found it tasted more like lemons rather than lemonade. It's sweet, however, I find it lacks that sour taste that you would get with lemonade when you drink it on its own. I tried it ice and with a dash of lemonade. I don't get 'lemonade' although I do get a slight sour-astringent note of lemony-ish flavour. I think because I drink strong lemon water pretty regularly, this just tasted a bit off or artificial in some way, more like bitter Lemon rind than lemons. Sadly I don't think this one is for me and I likely won't be finishing the package. I frothed the milk so it was warm when I added it to my drink and it instantly curdled. I was very disappointed as it felt like a waste of the product and something you should be able to add to a matcha. I quickly learned that was not going to work with this matcha due to the acidity. However, I did enjoy this on ice along with some lemonade and a few cocktails I experimented with over the summer. But I can't say I'm a fan of them together. I'd sooner have either of them as they are. Also, dont add any dairy to it!
