It smells remarkably similar to a gin &amp; tonic... lemony, spicy, bitter, evergreen. But unfortunately once steeped, it really only tastes like mild green tea with lemon grass. It smells delicious, very reminiscent of its namesake, but I found it to be a bit flat as an iced tea.
