I usually use a larger cup so I downsized the cup and still feel the need to use 2 bags instead of 1. They haven't had the loose leaf in some time. In addition, I was very disappointed in the customer service over the holidays in 2022. You couldn't even talk to anyone--they just kept saying &quot;the elves&quot; were working on it.
