WHAT MAKES IT GREAT:
- Tastes just like the traditional Gin & Tonic, minus the alcohol.
- This sophisticated blend was YEARS in the making! Though the tonic (quinine) flavour was difficult to introduce, we emulated it with a bit of lemon, licorice root and bitterness that comes from green tea.
- Experiment with tea mixology! Try this tea iced with a slice of lemon and/or a splash of gin.

1-2 Perfect Spoonfuls of tea
475 ml (16 oz) of 85℃/185℉ water for hot tea or 295 ml (10 oz) for iced
Steep for 3-4 minutes

<span itemprop="description">As a lover of all things gin & tonic, I thought I'd give this a shot. It smells remarkably similar to a gin & tonic... lemony, spicy, bitter, evergreen. But unfortunately once steeped, it really only tastes like mild green tea with lemon grass. It's not offensive, but tastes neither here nor there.</span>
