It tastes VERY creamy, which, tbh, did throw me off a little at first, but then I remembered it had coconut in it and that made sense, lol. The tropical fruity flavours (mango and guava) pair so nicely with the creamy coconut flavour! I have tried mat&eacute; blends before and really don't notice a big energy burst at all. Instead, you get a bit of a pick-me-up but it doesn't increase my heart-rate or make me feel &quot;off&quot; like many strongly caffeinated or &quot;energy&quot; products do (I am quite sensitive to them!), so I really appreciate that! Also, I have never felt a &quot;crash&quot; like I have felt from (heavily) caffeinated products, either! While I have tried it hot, I much prefer it iced! Imho, it's a much welcome change to your typical flavours of iced teas (i.e., berries, lemon, black tea, hibiscus, etc)!
