<span itemprop="description">I placed my order on Nov 23 and did not receive shipping tracking for 2 weeks. Chatted with customer service on Dec 7 and was given a Canada Post tracking number with delivery date on Dec 8. Did not receive anything up until Dec 12. Talked to David Tea team again and was told the same thing. Had to call Canada Post to check and was informed that only shipping label created but not shipped. Very disappointed with David Tea. My ordered items were for Christmas gifts. Because of the clueless team, I had to scramble to look for Christmas gifts on Dec 18 and called them to ask for refund. They made this stressful holidays even worst. Won't be ordering from David Tea again.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Never received the product. The company emailed to say there was a delay. Understandable. Christmas leads to delays and such.
Then a month went by and there was no further communication and no update on the order, which was listed as processing. I did receive a request to review the product however.
I emailed them through the website to ask about the status of the order and after several days received an email that the order had been canceled. Apparently by me, or so the wording seemed to imply.
Frustrating but fine, at least the matter is concluded. Except it’s not and they email me again asking for a review of the same product I never got. I am sure the product would have been a lovely one if things had gone to plan though.</span>
