<span itemprop="description">I really like David's Breakfast Tea but find the sachets are very light. I usually use a larger cup so I downsized the cup and still feel the need to use 2 bags instead of 1. They haven't had the loose leaf in some time. In addition, I was very disappointed in the customer service over the holidays in 2022. You couldn't even talk to anyone--they just kept saying "the elves" were working on it. Having been a long time customer, I've decided to try tea elsewhere in the future.</span>
