<span itemprop="description">I adore peppermint tea; it's comforting, and beyond refreshing iced on a hot summer day. When it comes to something caffeinated, however, none of the peppermint-forward flavours were quite doing it for me. Then this tea came along, and it's just everything I love in a tea. The peppermint is nice and strong, but you get a hint of spice from the ginger and black pepper, freshness from the green tea and lemongrass, and a touch of earthiness from the turmeric. Not only is it delicious (hot or iced!), but there are so many nice ingredients in here that I just feel good drinking it. A bit of honey when I want something sweeter compliments it incredibly well, too. I hope this tea doesn't go away. I'll drink it forever if I can!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I wish it didn’t contain maltodextrin so it could be a healthy morning tea. It might be used for its thickening effects not as a sweetener but if this has to be sweet something like stevia that doesn’t make your sugar spike can be a better choice</span>

Hi there AlanaMS! Our teas don't contain any laxative ingredients so they shouldn't affect your bathroom habits. But, like water, tea is very hydrating so if you're drinking a lot more tea than usual, you may find yourself visiting the bathroom more frequently throughout the day! 💧

It would be best to check with your doctor to determine what you are allowed to have after a kidney transplant. This tea has many health benefits with ginger and turmeric etc.., but also has green tea which can be a diuretic which may be hard on the kidneys? Check with doctor for sure.:)
