<span itemprop="description">This is normally a 5 star tea for me - it is my absolute favourite and I have been buying it for years and years. The only reason I have given this a 4 instead of a 5 is because my most recent purchase. Something has changed in the recipe, it doesn't taste the same at all. I don't know if it's a temporary change due to ingredient sourcing (it's been sold out a lot this year) or if this is a new formulation. If it is new, I beg the decision makers at David's Tea to go back to the previous recipe! :'(</span>

Hello, Kimini_tea! 👋 Though the recipe for Chocolate Macaroon has stayed the same, we recently made the decision to move to alternative ingredient suppliers for Chocolate Macaroon and are proud to now be offering this tea with Fairtrade certified ingredients! Although ensuring consistency in our teas is one of our top priorities, due to the natural variances that occur yearly when working with agricultural product we are constantly reassessing the source of our tea blend ingredients. Our expert research &amp; development team works hard to match the flavour profile and to maintain flavour consistency in our teas, especially when transitioning to Fairtrade certified ingredients. 💙
