Best Tea in the World! Period.
This has been my most favourite black tea ever! If you haven't tried; you should. You don't have to add anything to it. It has a creamy, sweet and peppermint cool flavour (along with other combined flavours). It's creamy - yet not overly heavy. Plus, for us that appreciate caffeine; it is a yummy black tea. Leaving your mouth taste like Christmas! Downside is it's a "holiday tea" - so for 9 months out of the year I'm waiting for this fabulous tea to be available; if I don't buy in bulk. (Which is tricky as they always seem to be out). The benefits of peppermint and black tea is always a bonus too, and the taste is perfect!

Love this one
One of the few teas i bought full price, and dont regret it. its really good. the black tea in it is pretty subtle, and the mint is very strong. if you want the candies and chocolate to full incorporate in the tea, i recommend steeping it looseleaf and either drinking it that way or straining it afterwards. just stir a lot to make sure it melts. theres evidently a tony bit of oil separation at the top, assumably from mint extract, but its def very good. also came w a packaged teabag of it in my order, which i gave to my friend. ill probably buy this again. it is very strong on the mint, i added a tiny splash of milk

100% Favourite Tea
I buy this EVERY year during the winter when it's available. I drink it black- it's creamy, minty and so tasty! For a black tea, it's also lower in caffeine so I can sneak in a cup before bed still and it won't have an effect. For those who are curious, this tea is super minty, which is part of the reason I like it so much (I adore all things peppermint- the mintier, the better), but if you are looking for just a hint of mint flavour, I would look elsewhere. I switch to fruitier flavours in the spring and summertime when this becomes unavailable, but buying this tea in bulk is a big part of my fall cozy routine to excite me for the long winter ahead.

BEWARE - RECIPE HAS CHANGED!!!
This used to be one of my favourite teas. I waited for it every year and then would buy enough to stock up and last me until the next season. I did the same last week and was excited to make my first cup of tea today. It was AWFUL!!! Turns out they changed the recipe - but they make no indication of it in the description. This should have been marketed as a completely different tea under a different name. It is nothing like the original and tastes like mouthwash. Please bring back the original recipe! I just wasted nearly $50 on tea that is going to end up in the garbage!

Changed the ingredients
This used to be my favourite tea. It was so delicious and creamy and I looked forward to it every year. I ordered one in store and was about to buy 200g worth online but realized they changed the ingredients. It is bitter and tastes like vick's vaporub. I was so disappointed I ended up asking the barista if she made the correct tea. When she told me of the change I asked her to make me another tea instead as I didn't like this one at all. What a way to ruin a Christmas favourite, especially by not telling anyone and rolling it out thinking we wouldn't notice.

Lovely Winter Treat
I received this in a sampler.
Overall, I really liked this one, which I am surprised because mint usually deters me from tea. The mint, sweetness, and chocolate combined very well to bring out the best features of each flavour.
I didn't find the chocolate melted all the way the two times I steeped it, which I would have preferred to see if it could come out a bit more buttery/creamy. I did order more because I may try to steep it in different ways to see if that works better. I did enjoy it enough to order more, but not one I would buy a large amount of.
Definitely a lovely holiday treat though; has a very cute tea name and a nice combination of flavours.

Be aware everyone, they’ve changed it!
I was eagerly awaiting the release of my favourite tea, Candy Cane crush and it was a complete let down. It is nothing like it used to be. Gone is the creaminess of this tea, and replaced with a mint so strong and bitter.
Whether you changed the recipe, which you claim in other reviews you haven’t or it’s just different suppliers this is not the same tea as previous years!
No matter how long I let it steep those little snowflakes do not dissolve, and the mint is so overpowering I can’t even even taste the tea anymore. It doesn’t have the balance of mint and sweetness that it had before. Just VERY strong bitter mint.
Now am stuck with 300 grams of a tea I probably won’t use. You should be advertising it as a new recipe because it misleading to people who want it like it has been for years.

Not the same tea!
I have been buying this tea every Christmas for years, and look so forward to it. I was sooo disappointed when I got home and brewed my first cup. It was so bitter, and the minty taste was like cough medicine. What happened?? I returned it and was told it was now vegan. While I can appreciate having an option for those who follow a vegan diet, it would have been nice to keep the original for the rest of us. Why mess with a good thing?
