They won't allow returns in-store if you purchase online. If you do want to return you need to contact customer service which took over a week to get back to me. They then informed me that you are not only NOT reimbursed for your initial shipping charges (which, fine I get that) but you have ti actually PAY to ship the items back. Why not just allow in store returns? The items are all unopened &amp; unused keep in mind. My main issue is considering the size of the sample tins... the packaging is way too big for no reason, while the authentic advent calendar look is nice, but in a time when consumers and companies are making an effort to cut down on waste this is a lot of cardboard. The packaging could easily be a quarter of the size and still be festive and 'advent-y', I mean, some of the compartments could fit 4-6 of the tea tins with room to spare (and more compact packaging would have meant more compact shipping boxes which would also have cut down on waste). No changes?!</span> <span itemprop="description">I just received my 24 Days of Tea Advent Calendar today, October 10, 2023, and see that the teas are exactly the same as last year; same day same order in the box! I had kept last year&rsquo;s box and tins in case my grandchildren wanted to do crafts with the empties. What gives?! Are you mailing out leftover calendars from last year?! To say we were disappointed that this years calendar is literally the exact same calendar as last year is an understatement. David's tea is replying to the complaints is that we should have purchased the &quot;trips with tea&quot; if we wanted a new calender but every year it's different except this year, how were we to know? I've been such a fan of David's Tea for many years, I feel really disrespected over this. However, I was extra delighted this year with the variety! The smell is always incredible and does not disappoint this year. Last year, there was a duplicate of the same tea. This year, we found an empty tin for day 3. The inside of the tin is shiny clean, so it is not likely the tea spilled but rather never filled with tea. I almost didn&rsquo;t get this product this year but decided to order at half price on Black Friday sale at the last minute. As it has been a difficult year, this was tge one thing I had to look forward to, and I feel that David's Tea has really let everyone down, especally as they closed all the stores in most cities and we can no longer shop in person.
