<span itemprop="description">I love the flavour of the tea, but what has happened to the bags?
The sticky spots, when u pull up string, will often leave a hole in the tea bag, and then it gets out of the bag, and into my cup. Bags need improvement! Tag falls off most of the time, so it’s hard to tie it up, out of the cup. Last complaint is the quantity of tea in each bag, is way less than they used to be, not impressed!!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought a bag of 75 creamy earl grey which I have always enjoyed. When I opened the bag I pulled out a row of 20 tea bags that are all connected and did not contain tea. I phoned customer service and it took 3 hours to get a return call. I emailed pictures to the customer service email as requested. 5 days later I still have not had a response. I know many places are severely understaffed but a small response is better than not hearing anything.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Love the amount of tea. This is what I drink instead of coffee. It has a great taste. However, it seems like they wanted to cheap out with their packaging. Instead of being sewn sachets like their smaller packages of tea, these are glued on with a single piece of string. I don't like the idea of having organic tea with a mysterious glue steeping with it.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I prepare this tea like Michelle Phan's "Moon Milk" (Sugar, milk, and tea infuse for a couple of minutes while water is boiling, and then once ready the water goes in). Because I prefer to prepare it that way, I leave the tea bag, sugar, and milk in my tumbler while I walk to work, and then add the boiled water there and it's so pleasant. I recommend this as a good staple of Earl Grey. I do wish however the teabags come with more tea - but I will probably get this tea as a loose bag after I'm done.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Love the quality of the tea. Only complaint is the plastic tea bags. They shed billions of tiny microplastic particles that you then ingest. I prefer paper tea bags. Read about this after buying, but there is no research on the effects yet. Note that the type of plastic is approved food safe.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is one of my favorite teas. I love Earl Grey and this is a nice change. Good with or without cream and sugar (this is the only tea aside from English Breakfast that I add cream or sugar too) also tastes good black. My kids say it smells like playdoh but I think it has a pleasant aroma. I have purchased other Earl Grey teas with vanilla in them, and none are as good as this one. Has a natural vanilla taste as opposed to the more chemically fake vanilla tastes of other brands. A nice tea for hanging out at home relaxing or in the evening after a meal.</span>

Do you prefer loose tea or tea bags? I have purchased tea bags for friends for the convenience. They come in a box of 25 sachets now on sale for $14 (30% off) or bag of 75 sachets for $35. I prefer loose tea myself. It comes in a small tin 73 g on sale right now for $8.40 (30% off) or 100 g bag $15.96. All brew up to a cream delicious take on earl grey.
