I enjoy it with a little lemon! However, I don&rsquo;t like having to purchase $50 worth at a time to receive free shipping, although I do appreciate the cost. I&rsquo;m disappointed in the customer service since Covid. It takes at least a week to speak to anyone. I&rsquo;d prefer to have less packaging and I don&rsquo;t need more tins. I wish I could just get my tea in 1 bag to be environmentally friendly and I&rsquo;ll reuse the tins I have at home. I tell myself the cloudiness is &quot;extra antioxidants&quot; but who knows. I don't find the cloudiness objectionable. The end of the day this is an amazing tea that I would recommend to any type of tea drinker. Very approachable whether you like herbal teas or black.
