I bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas and am very impressed with the quality of some of the product. The strainer is 304 Stainless steel, love it. The glass pot looks great, love it.
The spout strainer however, is made from some garbage steel that was completely covered in rust before I even introduced it to water. Can't believe this was overlooked. If you're gonna cheap out on the spout strainer DON'T INCLUDE IT. I don't want to be drinking heavy metal ions in my tea.
I would greatly recommend either a material change or pulling that specific piece from the products. Brings the whole experience from a 5/5 to a 2/5.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Maybe it's because I've only used cheap tea pots up until now, but there isn't a single drop of tea that doesn't go into the cup when I pour with this pot. I have never used a tea pot that doesn't dribble. It also holds onto heat much better than I thought a glass pot would. Usually my last cup of tea is cold, but with this the tea is still warm, not hot but still nice. The glassware is also beautiful and surprisingly light. I love watching the tea steeping. The only thing I'd change about this is that I'd like for a way to remove the steeper without burning my fingers.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I got this teapot less than 6 months ago and I use it once a week almost everything week. Today I was pouring my steeped tea on a jug and the “nose” of the teapot just felt apart. I believe the hot water might have weakened the glass , but isn’t it weird a teapot that can’t handle hot water? I’ve never put this teapot in the dishwasher nor microwave.</span>

<span itemprop="description">It’s really cute but the glass is so very thin. One of the tea cups broke when I took it out of the box. It feels like it’s made more for looks rather than using it. Or, maybe the cup that broke was faulty, hard to say.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Ordered a glass bubble tea pot with cups. The product took nearly 4 weeks to arrive and was late for Christmas. Originally the products estimated delivery time was 7 days. When the product finally arrived it was broken. From then on the customer service experience I had with David’s tea was awful. I finally got it replaced in store. Terrible service and frankly poor products. I’ll never shop at David’s tea again. It’s no wonder stores are closing up everywhere.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My pre-teen daughter was pouring the tea from the pot, and the glass spout just... fell off. It happened so fast, and the hot tea burned her leg.
We had used the pot a few times, and it seemed pretty dainty, but we were careful with it. I don't think this was user error. It was just too thin to be reliably strong when filled with hot liquid.
I recommend a recall.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Love the cups for expresso. Not for a big warm mug of tea. David’s Tea worked hard to make it right after I got a hold of them to replace the lid and the cups as the order was not complete. I would order more cups if I could.</span>
