It does what it says!! Cleared out the sinuses for me and helped me recover from a cold. The star that is gone is actually because I am not completely in love with the taste. The peppermint &amp; eucalyptus taste fantastic on a cold day and are very aromatic. It soothes the throat and warms you from the inside while also helping to open up clogged sinuses (which is essential!). If you like mint, give this blend a try.
