I wanted to get the stainless steel perfect spoon but they ran out of stock so I settled for the teal one. I've read somewhere that the coating peels off over time so I handwash mine.

I believe 8oz - 16oz depending on the tea. I found that the little tins in the samplers can do 16oz of water with tasting water down. I believe those are 1 scoop.
