It's a nice neutral herbal without any pick-me-up (like mint) or any sedative (like straight chamomile, lemon balm or Valerian) effects which make it great for drinking in the evenings when I just want a hot drink but don't want my sleep disrupted or to immediately pass out (looking at you Valerian Nights).
