<span itemprop="description">So I love the matcha ok but after a week of having it, it started to leave this red/orange/gray residue. At first I thought it was my cup for some reason but then it happened in every cup. I also thought it went bad, maybe? Then I proceeded to contact them by email about it a week ago and no one every answered me. The matcha is good but I am just not sure why its leaving this weird thing at the end, when its supposed to be dark green. It also tastes like metal and sort of looks rusty.</span>

I hated the honeydew matcha because it was so artificial and sweet that I was weary to order anymore from this brand. But Davids tea has been partially redeemed now that I've had this one. Fully redeemed once they bring back mint matcha.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this tea about a month ago because I wanted to try it and see if I would enjoy drinking matcha as a replacement for coffee every now again. I did know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised about how sweet, aromatic, and delicious this matcha was. It was amazing and I literally could not stop drinking it! It was not an overbearing flavor at all and was just such a smooth tea to drink both normally and in latte form. I would highly recommend this as a great matcha tea to ease you into the world of matcha.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The tea it's self was excellent, but unfortunately the included matcha, once stored directly in the tin, only filled the tin about half way. On the plus side I appreciate that the tin is well designed, and functions perfectly as a sturdy refillable storage device that looks good on the counter. Overall however, opening a new container and finding it only half full makes for an underwhelming user experience. I'd rather have paid a bit more to receive a fuller tin.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Doesn’t taste as strong vanilla or coconut as I expected, but I really just purchased because I wanted matcha and this one happened to be on sale. So far I have tried it as an iced latte. The flavor was strong enough with the recommended amount. It’s easy to make and cheaper than buying from a restaurant so I’ll call it a win.</span>

Has the formulation changed? This one says there's cane sugar, but I have a DT vanilla matcha that doesn't have any cane sugar, just &quot;coconut nectar.&quot; I really liked it because I find the matchas with cane sugar to be too sweet for me :(

If you look at the product page for the &quot;Loose Leaf&quot; it says 6g sugar per 1 cup. It's hard to say.
