When I opened the tea initially, it smelled like peach. When I made a cup to drink, however, all I could taste was sugar and maybe a hint of matcha. No peach flavoring whatsoever, which is super weird considering that the matcha powder smelled peachy. If I had realized how prevalent the sugar taste was I would not have ordered this tea. The only way I would even consider giving this matcha (and any others with cane sugar as the first ingredient) another chance is if the sugar was removed entirely. The matcha flavor isn't strong, so I usually end up using half of this powder mixed with some plain matcha to amp up that taste and cut the sweetness. It&rsquo;s sweet, but not overly sweet. The smell and taste of peach it&rsquo;s very mild, but you definitely know it&rsquo;s there. You also get that wonderful taste of bitterness from the matcha, which I love !
