Of course, it wouldn’t be complete without our own little twist now, would it? Get ready for a hint of bright yuzu!

Hi Karolyn! 👋 When steeped at 90&deg; c for 3-5 minutes, you'll notice more of the white tea base bringing out the sweetness of lemon curd while complementing the fluffier notes of whipped meringue. 🍋 While green tea might not be one of the top tasting notes, you might be able to bring out a bit more of that flavour with a higher temperature of water or a longer steeping time. We highly suggest giving it a try!
