Feeling hot, hot, hot!

Our Hot Chocolate tea is a decadent blend of pu'erh and black teas that tastes like the richest, fudgiest cup of hot chocolate you've ever had. Don't believe us? Take a sip! Sweet, creamy and filled with dark cocoa nibs and chocolate chips, it's an uber-chocolatey tea that's truly worthy of the name Hot Chocolate.

What makes it great

 • After trying dozens of chocolate teas, we finally found one rich enough to deserve the name "Hot Chocolate."
 • Energizing pu’erh and rich cocoa nibs add a nice hint of bitterness to balance the sweet chocolate.
 • Try it as a latte topped with marshmallows.

This loose leaf tea is packed in a giftable tin.

Make traditional hot chocolate. I was excited to try this tea but sadly it disappointed immensely. The tea had a nice smooth chocolate taste that was pleasant at first to sip. However after several sips I started getting a lingering taste that I could only describe as artificial... I put two perfect spoons into 15 oz of water and halfway through my cup of tea I got an unbearable headache. I'm 24 and never get headaches. I also can handle my caffeine and have three shots of espresso from time to time. But whatever the tea had in it really hit me hard. It tastes bad after several sips and I can't even finish if it I tried.
Date published: 2020-11-29

Rated 5 out of 5 by BJChad from Hot chocolate I've been drinking this tea over ice and love it. The description sounds pleasant enough, but in execution it's terrible. It tastes like someone let a single snap of Hershey's chocolate dissolve into water. Chocolatey water. It's disgusting.
