<span itemprop="description">I love these cups and use them for hot tea every day. Because they are double-walled they stay cool, even when black tea that uses boiling water. But they also excel at retaining the heat so the tea doesn't cool too quickly. I also have nothing but praise for David's Tea customer service. These come in sets of two. I ordered two sets of these cups and when they arrived, one of cups in one set was cracked. I contacted customer service and they immediately arranged for a new set to be sent to me, which I got within 3 days. I also didn't have to pay to return the broken one. I simply took a photograph of the damage and e-mailed it to them. I found this an outstanding transaction all the way around.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I was so excited about these but the third time I washed them by hand (we don't have a dishwasher) I had water between the walls. I think one of the plugs in the bottom of the cup failed. I was really hoping to get these and not have any issues because I have been dying to get them for so long but that's okay, I'm sure the team will refund or replace the item. DavidsTea always takes care of me!</span>

<span itemprop="description">One looks nice but the other has what looks like melted goop on the bottom where they seal the double walled glass. I got another set and one of them looks good and the other has a black speck cooked into the glass at the top :/ very cute and useful though!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I loved these cups but unfortunately I ordered a set of 2 and both had broken within a few weeks. One shattered after dropping it and one broke simply from adding ice cubes to the cup. Great cup but extremely fragile.</span>
