<span itemprop="description">This shipped out but was delivered to the wrong address by my postal carrier. I reached out to David’s Tea for help and received a generic “we are busy and will respond in 5 business days” email, and then never heard from them again. I had to file a claim with USPS, but David’s Tea never insured the product (or did not respond) and so I lost my money for this package and all of the other gifts that I purchased from David’s Tea. Sadly, this has made me reconsider shopping at David’s Tea after many years of being a customer given the complete lack of any customer service or support at all.</span>

To make sure you&rsquo;re always getting the best cup of tea possible, we recommend you follow these timelines for enjoying your tea: 🍵 Teas and infusions with fruits and nuts: consume within 6 months from date of purchase. 🍵 Straight teas: consume within 12 months from date of purchase.
