Standard shipping

We offer free standard shipping within the United States when you spend $39 or more and a flat fee of $9.75 for orders less than $39.

We currently ship with USPS within the United States.

If you need to ship to Canada, please use the Canadian website.

Shipping outside of Canada and the US

We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing times

Please allow at least 2 business days for your order to be processed.

You may experience extended lead times due to several impacts of COVID-19. Our team is working as quickly and safely as possible to get your order to you during these extraordinary times.

Shipping during holiday periods

During high volume periods, please expect 3 to 8 days for your order to be processed prior to shipping. We work in partnership with our warehouse and shipping carriers to ensure realistic shipping times during holiday periods so that your order reaches you on time, but occasionally there are issues outside of our control that may cause delays. Once your order is shipped, we invite you to check on your package using the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier. If you have any concerns about order delays, please reach out to our Customer Experience team here and we’ll be happy to help!

Please note that we do not process orders on American statutory holidays, so that our employees can spend time with their families.

Please note that during high volume periods, our shipping carriers may experience delays. The below information is based on normal order volumes.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Our system is designed to fulfill orders quickly to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. This means that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it, modify any of the items purchased, or change the shipping or billing address.

What do I do if the order I received is wrong/damaged?

If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to our Customer Experience team by filling out our Contact Us form, by calling 1-855-702-3006 from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Sunday, or by chatting with us from 9am to 9pm EST, Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 5pm ET on Saturday and Sunday.
