They previously had this mug with steeper for sale but it&rsquo;s no longer available. So I purchased this tea kit because of the mug (teas and eye mask are a bonus). Upon arrival, the inside mug handle was missing a piece like it was chipped. It was a smooth missing piece and not sharp enough to cut my hand. It did not ruin the aesthetics of the mug and no one would notice unless you were holding the mug. Nonetheless I decided to keep the mug and not return it. After 2 weeks of using this mug, it cracked. This morning, I boiled water and placed my cardamom tea in a bag inside my mug. I poured the hot water inside my mug. While preparing to cover my mug with a glass lid, I noticed a hissing sound with bubbles coming from the inside of my mug. I listened to my tea and looked around the mug. That&rsquo;s when I noticed the crack inside the glass. It was not on the outside of the mug. I didn&rsquo;t even placed a spoon inside my mug!!! I was sad but was able to quickly transfer my tea to a ceramic mug. This moon and stars glass mug is nice but the quality of the glass could be stronger.
