She used 2 tbsp and it seemed a little weak in flavor. Instead, I found myself having to add 1 - 2 extra spoons of mix, a lot of milk, and melted milk chocolate to reach the levels of sweetness and richness for which I had hoped. The first time we made this, we opted to deviate from the instructions at the back. Instead of using water, we used milk. We noticed then that our concoction was not sweet enough, so we added a little sweetener.
