I can't quite comprehend how the quality has changed so much. It used to be creamy, rich in flavor and it mixed so well. Now I find it very bland, it does not mix well, i keep getting clumps of matcha no matter how well i whisk it. I am definetly returning this. Even grand cru gasted better than this. It's horrible. Does not mix well as compared to similar products using either traditional chawan or David's matcha maker. This batch also has a noticeable metallic taste and smell which can be overpowering. Taste is otherwise as expected.
