The initial steep makes a crisp, fresh, and almost vegetal-floral cup of golden tea, and afterwards the leaves begin to unfurl more and more and a creamier, sweeter flavour begins to develop. It's amazing, and I highly recommend it! At no point was it ever bitter, and it only got sweeter the more I steeped it.
