<span itemprop="description">...could be better. So far I've used the bags once. When filling, the opening was a bit small so some tea spilled. I suspect it will get easier over time as I become more familiar with them. My other concern was closing the bag. It was difficult to close it and required more pulling than expected. It did not tear, but it felt like it would. It was rough while closing and I was afraid that the bag would tear or the string would snap. I'll state again that it did not tear open, but it felt like it could. This could be a one-off since I haven't used a second yet. Their design is cute and I love that it gives me the freedom to take my loose leaf places where other brewing options are impractical.</span>

They’re roomy so you can fill the up with extra tea for a big cup and the little drawstring closes up tight so tea doesn’t escape. Very happy with my purchase!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I have strainers and tea balls, but there are times I don't want to rinse and strain all the leaves and sometimes the loose tea has bits that are fine enough to pass through the stainless strainers. These bags are great! They cinch closed so nothing drifts into your cup and they also catch any 'tea dust' from gathering at the bottom of your cup. Their not overly large but they're roomy enough for your leaves to expand and float while your tea steeps. The cinch closure also makes it possible to set aside to reuse for an additional steep if you want. Love these!</span>

It says 'biodegradable', which does not mean compostable. Without a compostable claim and with no BPI certification I would assume these are NOT compostable.

These probably aren&rsquo;t reusable With tea in it won&rsquo;t try you would probably get weak tea. But to clean the bag out and put more tea in it I would just use it as disposable it may rip or something :)
