<span itemprop="description">So, this Navy Tea Press was the cutest press, I love the color make and function of it. I do have a few concerns though
1. This is a 3 compartment press, the main bottle, the clear bottle inside which has the strainer and the top. So the tea gets stuck between the main bottle and the strainer, so basically when you’re done with your tea from the clear strainer part there is tea left between the 2 components and in my experience I had to remove that middle bottle in order to get the remaining tea.
2. If you put hot water in the tea press close the lid and have the button part closed (I’m aware this probably doesn’t make sense but I don’t know the terms and description of the workings of this tea press) it would be difficult to open
I thought I broke my press till I realized in writing the review the strainer part can actually come off.
Make sure if you have hot water in your press to press the button to have the steam release, I was rushing and forgot to do this and thought I broke it, where as when there’s nothing in the press or a cooler beverage in the press it’s much easier to pull open. I am very happy with this tea press and I’m glad mine is not broken. Oh the strainer is removable</span>

<span itemprop="description">I am really enjoying my tea press. It works fantastic and I love that it keeps my iced tea cold. My only complaint about the design of this and my other tea press i purchased from David's last year is that it's very difficult to clean and dry the lid. Water gets inside and it very difficult to shake all the water out. I'm concerned it's not drying enough and this will affect the longevity of it.</span>
