Yes. The difference between using it with hot or cold milk is the amount of air that it can get into the bubbles. I recently looked that up.

How do you remove the wand from the base? I attached it, used it for the first time, and then cleaned it. Now I can&rsquo;t figure out how to detach it for storage without risking bending the metal. Is there a release latch?
