Again with the stevia extract...
Disgusting. This tea tastes like hot water with a hint of coconut- vanilla flavor is indecipherable. Again David's tea continue with their ridiculously excessive ingredient list including stevia and other unnecessary additives just to fool the consumer into thinking they're purchasing tea. Vanilla teas from other companies such as Harney & Sons and Plum Deluxe include two ingredients in their vanilla black tea: black tea + vanilla, simple and delicious. If you like this tea please do yourself a favor and try other teas available from other companies so you can see what you are missing from your tea experience because this tea is truly repulsive.

This tea has a far stronger coconut flavor than it does vanilla. I personally enjoy it, because I'm a fan of coconut, but if you're seeking a black tea with vanilla notes you probably won't be super happy with this.

Lightest Black Tea I've Ever Had
This was not good tea. I have no idea what these other people are raving about. This is easily the lightest black tea I've ever had. In fact, I think almost every oolong I've had is darker than this black tea. You definitely should not use any milk or creamer with this. The flavor was almost non existent. You can try to make it darker/stronger I guess by using way more leaves, but if that's the case, the packaging is way off on the correct measurements. There are so many other better vanilla black teas out there, I would not recommend this product and would advise you to go try one from Adagio, Upton, and many others instead.

Favorite Summer Black Tea
Finally a delicious black tea with vanilla from David’s! I would have gone for that fifth star if only the vanilla was a little stronger. I love this tea because the tea doesn’t overpower the vanilla and I love the hint of coconut. It’s wonderful hot and fantastic iced in the summer! Please keep this one in your core collection, it’s really SPECIAL!

I had high hopes for this tea. Vanilla is my favorite flavor and I was really hoping for a strong vanilla bean flavor. Unfortunately, this tea steeps more like a vanilla cupcake flavor, which, while pleasant, isn't as strong as I would like. Makes a nice latte option.
