475 ml (16 oz) of 85℃/185℉ water for hot tea or 295 ml (10 oz) for iced

<span itemprop="description">This is hands down my favorite tea ever. It can be as subtle as you want, depending on how much/little you steep. I love cinnamon, clove, the orange subtleties, and the little kick from the cayenne. I almost had a stroke when I went to search “the spice is right” and it didn’t pop up but turns out y’all just changed the name slightly. thank god you did not retire this tea because I will be ordering it forever.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Brewed my first cup last night and I have a new favorite tea. Tasted like hot orange cider, if there is such a thing. Fruity and spicy and I love how the taste lingers in your mouth. Perhaps that's what another reviewer referred to as 'heat'? Can't help but think it would also be great iced, but haven't tried that yet. For now, a perfect way to warm your soul on a winter night.</span>

I was sad and literally googling to find another company that had something similar when I found it was renamed! YAY. It is very cinnamon spicy! More spice than tea almost and perfect with some cream (and maybe some rum!) I LOVE this stuff.</span>

I really don't know and suppose it might depend on how many scoops of dry tea and how long you steep it. I will say that I like mine quite strong, will add a scoop more than suggested, and let it steep at least 5 minutes. I don't drink it right before bed, but have had it in the early evening and not had issues with sleeplessness.
