It was fantastic. The new formula is no where near what the original one was. I use the same spoon from David's tea to make it and its watered down! Barely has the eucalyptus scent. Imagine the picture currently posted, but with more tea leaves and barely any juniper berries or yellow chunks in it. What happened to quality? I'm paying the same price for a tea that is subpar. And my tea isn't that gold vibrant color, its a pale lemonade color. I got a tin of the new formula and tried it this week. I can barely drink it now. The taste is horrible and it hasn't knocked out the cold symptoms the way the old formula did. Even just smelling the tea in the tin can help sinus congestion feel less suffocating because of the strong eucalyptus/mint aroma. I wouldn't recommend making this a latte, though, (despite that being my preferred tea preparation) because adding any kind of milk to this one makes its effects less potent. So I took a long drive to the nearest store and bought a tin of it! Now, unfortunately I get to test it out. It has never failed to stop whatever colds or flus or whatever respiratory illness of the month it was at college dorms, and I've made cups for friends who swear it helped them over their bronchitis. Anytime someone near me has a respiratory illness this is what I shove in their hands to help them through it. And it clears the sinuses extremely well if you breath in the steam before drinking it, and it smells great. Flavor is a bit of an aquired taste though. The first few cups for me tasted like medicine, but that's also what I had intended it for. It's since grown on me. If you don't like incredibly strong eucalyptus don't buy this for the flavor. On the third day back to school, I had already caught a cold. I had recently bought a box of 20 sachets for $15 at my local DavidsTea, so I drank my one sachet of Cold 911 to get me feeling better. It worked really well, but I was stupid and only grabbed one sachet in store! I immediately went online and ordered it in a full size loose leaf. My cold went away for a couple of days, but now it&rsquo;s back, and thanks to Cold 911, I&rsquo;m already feeling better. Th peppermint is great for relieving congestion&mdash; not to mention it tastes amazing! I added a little agave to sweeten it up, and I couldn&rsquo;t be happier with my purchase. Thanks DavidsTea! P.S. If you are planning to still go to work or school with your cold, I would recommend organic Throat Soother rather than cold 911 because it put me to sleep rather quickly.
