Please don’t ever change this matcha to accommodate those people who think it’s too sweet. It’s perfect! And, it’s the only matcha I’ve found that froths up to perfection, especially with lactose free milk. It’s the only brand that doesn’t leave excessive liquid at the bottom of my cup. I actually eat it with a spoon like a dessert. Excellent flavor that is unsurpassed.

It depends on what you're making it in/with. If you have a matcha maker from Davids then you put 5-7 matcha Perfect Scoops or 1 regular PS or 1 tablespoon. Fill with hot water and shake, then you press the button to release the air and drink. If you don't have that the traditional way is with a wisk. So same ratio of matcha to 16oz of hot water (175f) and whisk for at least 2 min to completely dissolve the matcha into the water. Hope this helps!
