Soothing tea that tastes good
This tea arrived two days in to a multi-day migraine. It's hard to say if this is what made my headache finally ease up. I did notice that I didn't have the usual headache "hangover" (foggy head, mild headache, and an overall unwell feeling) when the migraine ended. Since then, I've made a cup when I've felt a headache starting and haven't yet had one get bad. I now keep a few bags in my medicine pouch with my migraine medication. I figure even if it's not really working, it's a soothing tea with a good taste.

excellent mint tea
This is an excellent mint tea. The first sip is a mellow mint, nothing too strong, and then the back taste is a little hint of lemongrass. The rooibos base is giving some sweetness but doesn't contribute much flavor. This would be especially soothing after a meal to settle the stomach. I don't get any of the lavender, the overwhelming flavor is the mint. I liked this one a lot, if you like mint tea this would be a great one to try. I hope to try this when I get a headache next to see if it helps.

My husband and I had a headache. I mentioned this tea and we tried it. After having a cup it started making it go away. After two cups the headache was gone and my husband said I had to buy more (which I did). I even took one to work because I get headaches there.

Desperate, y’all could do better
I’m only buying this because I ran out. If I could find another option, I absolutely would go there. Sadly, I’m allergic to the other ingredients. I would like to sing the praises of this tea because it helps me. However, whomever the genius was who thought to discontinue the sachets needs to be fired. If I have a headache I don’t have the hand eye coordination to fill up little baggies and the filter bags don’t reassure me enough that I won’t have floating bits of tea. I can’t recommend it even if I wanted to because everyone who needs this tea I know has the same problem. This was a stupid change and someone needs to rethink it.

Tasty but not sure it works.
I was really excited to try a herbal remedy like this tea for my headaches. They’re usually brought on by the weather; given the inability of Tylenol to fix a bad headache, and the current scare with aspirin/ibuprofin in the Corona-climate, herbals seem like a good shot! As soon as I got a headache, I eagerly reached for this Headache Halo tea. It was tasty and comforting to drink, but I don’t feel like it did much to calm the actual headache. I’ll give it another try next time and hope for the best!
