<span itemprop="description">I literally drink a mug of this tea every morning for over 5 years now I think. I initially started drinking it years ago because I thought it would actually make me skinny haha but now I know that is pretty unrealistic. These days, I drink it every day because I love the taste. It really wakes me up in the morning even though it doesn’t have too much caffeine in it. It does get things moving which is nice but probably not any more than any other hot beverage. Never the less, I highly recommend this tea! I always buy it in bulk. It is a very good every day tea.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this a week ago and I noticed a difference right away. It has decreased my appetite and I have a lot more energy. I was very surprised to find that it alleviated my chronic pain. I researched and found that Oolong is also a powerful anti-inflammatory. Not only do I not have the chronic pain, I, also, have no more morning stiffness in my muscles and joints. I really feel like a whole new person. It's a miracle tea.</span>
