There I was, seated at my PC watching some drama on a streaming service when out of nowhere I started dozing off. It crept up on me. Very, very heavy sleep took over me and I managed to maneuver myself to my bed where I slept like a rock. I've had trouble staying asleep and this did the trick for me.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is a wonderful fruity blend. It's much better than other teas I have tried to help promote sleep. If you aren't a fan of camomile or all the bedtime teas that include mint, this is fabulous for the fruity tea lover. No earthy mushroom flavor at all. I find myself many times wanting this instead of wine.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This will have you googling what a Sea Buckthorn and Schizandra berry are - If this tea works for you it really works and takes away anxiety and stress of the day. We were gifted this and were super surprised it was so effective- forget the mushroom - Schizandra berry is amazing. This tea is worth a sample at the least. It tastes perfectly fine, A creamy almost strawberry cream but is such a great way to relax.</span>
