So far I have tried it as an iced latte. The flavor was strong enough with the recommended amount. Smooth and blends really well. Doesn't leave as much residue, like other matchas. If you are considering matcha, this is a great start with the vanilla flavor. Regular matcha is just too earthy and strong for me. I add a little creamer for a decadent cup of tea.
