I initially started drinking it years ago because I thought it would actually make me skinny haha but now I know that is pretty unrealistic. These days, I drink it every day because I love the taste. It really wakes me up in the morning even though it doesn&rsquo;t have too much caffeine in it. It does get things moving which is nice but probably not any more than any other hot beverage. Never the less, I highly recommend this tea! I always buy it in bulk. It has decreased my appetite and I have a lot more energy. I was very surprised to find that it alleviated my chronic pain. I researched and found that Oolong is also a powerful anti-inflammatory. Not only do I not have the chronic pain, I, also, have no more morning stiffness in my muscles and joints. I really feel like a whole new person.
