It is strong, and has a balanced flavor that isn't too malty, grassy, or murky tasting like some strong black teas I've tried. I've tried various American, English and French black tea brands, and local artisanal tea shops in New York city, and David's Organic Breakfast is the best. I hope they never retire this tea!</span>
