Even if you're an avid DavidsTea fan, the calendar gives you sneak peeks at new teas that haven't been launched yet online or in store. It's a GREAT way for people new to the world of tea to try all the different categories of tea and see which flavors they prefer. I kept a little journal with mine and took notes on all the ones I loved most. Next year, I'll get the 24 days of Match a Calendar as well. This a great thing you can do for yourself during the chaotic holiday season. A little ritual featuring tea as we remind ourselves to be grateful &amp; relax. Later received an email that shipping was delayed and in mid November received an email that they canceled the order. Ordered it again this year. The other items in my order arrived, but not the calendar. After checking online and reading a note indicating &ldquo;any items not received with an order are out of stock and will be refunded&rdquo; I realized my advent calendar was canceled and I had to scramble again to find an advent gift. They did not even email to tell me part of my order was canceled. I tried to contact Customer Service three different times, but I have never recieved a response. Imagine my surprise when I got an email soliciting a review of the damaged product. The canisters are improperly manufactured so the threads do not line up, thus the tops cannot be screwed off. I am really disappointed that such a large portion of our holiday treat cannot be enjoyed. And someone should check the customer service links on the website, becuase submitting a form does absolutely nothing. It&rsquo;s been weeks and I have yet to recieve a reply. Every year there has always been a new design to the box and new teas to try. This year I received the same exact package as last year. The tea list is even the same. I understand for many this may be their first experience, and I hope they enjoy it. As for myself, I&rsquo;m disappointed in the repeat and it makes me wonder if I&rsquo;ll return for 2024. It was early November already. But I assumed it would come in late November, thinking David's tea was behind on orders. I reached out to them with an email and never heard back. So I had to call. They are very difficult to reach. Then was told they had to refund me and that it is no longer in stock. I am very disappointed. My wife is disappointed. I wish we had been notified earlier. When asked to cancel since no longer would arrive on time, I was told my only option would be to refuse the delivery by my local mail person. I reached out to David&rsquo;s Tea for help and received a generic &ldquo;we are busy and will respond in 5 business days&rdquo; email, and then never heard from them again. I had to file a claim with USPS, but David&rsquo;s Tea never insured the product (or did not respond) and so I lost my money for this package and all of the other gifts that I purchased from David&rsquo;s Tea. No response to phone, chat or email. I finally got several emails saying my orders was delayed due to Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales. Don&rsquo;t have the sales if you do not have the resources to honor them. Finally got the tea after a month, and the tea was disappointing, all flavors taste pretty much the same, so far none of my 24 advent teas are anything special.
