Now, for two weeks,I have panicked because the Davids Tea store in Greenwich Village has not had Zen Pearls. Zen Pearls are smoother than Dragon Pearls (which are also not in the store any more). I am so glad I found them on the site. Can anyone at DavidsTea tell me if the Zen Pearls are going to be discontinued, and why??? Thank you.</span>

I am addicted to having this over ice- it's the epitome of refreshing! However, it's fussy so be sure to check your temp and set a timer- I do more pearls + less time. Treat yo self- you won't be sorry!</span>

Funny story and in no way your company's fault. My tea took a bit to arrive. The mailing label got creased, and I think my package went to Bellevue Washington. No biggie it arrived.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The taste is amazing. I'm no tea expert so I'm not going to talk about hints of this or notes of that. But I've been eyeing this for awhile and finally pulled the trigger and bought it and it's honestly so refreshing.
But the price point is why it took me so long to buy it, and 4 stars instead of 5. I highly recommend to at least try once for those of you like me who are wary of the price tag.

Why does Organic Zen Pearls - which is a white tea - have high level of caffein?

Because caffeine, in its natural form, occurs from Camellia sinensis, a tea plant responsible for your green, black, and white teas. Some might misinform you that white teas won't have caffeine - untrue. White tea leaves are much younger but still contain caffeine - which (fun fact) is also a natural pesticide. It's a defense mechanism for the plants but that's another story. Unless it's fruit/herb-based - it has caffeine! White tea generally has around 40% less caffeine than coffee but this is open to temperature and steep time. Enjoy your tea!

Yes, even without using a full 1-2 perfect spoons, I get 3 large mugs of tea (and I like it strong!). This is easily one of my favourite teas at DavidsTea.&nbsp;
