To make it even dreamier, we added lavender accents that help relax the mind & lemon balm which is known to help induce sleep. We think you’ll also appreciate that we’ve added no flavoring to this blend. Just the perfect mix of sweet, sleepy ingredients.

475 ml (16 oz) of 95℃/200℉ water for hot tea or 295 ml (10 oz) for iced
Steep for 4-5 minutes

I’m in my 40s and into some self care and relax at night, this makes the routine! The taste is pleasant and unique compared with other sleepy time teas. I really enjoy the rose and lavender elements. I’ve been getting many cups out of my 2 ounces.</span>
